Current Positions
We are seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to provide ongoing support to our executive advisor. This position is appropriate for a university student, studying a degree in Law, Commerce, Economics & Finance, or Business, preferrably with a major in Finance or Financial Planning.
Your duties will include:

Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our clients

Responding to client queries and requests

Preparing documentation for advice, cliet reviews and other general administration

Implementing advice recommendations such as the management of insurance applications, superannuation and pension accounts
The ideal candidate will:

Have strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written skills

Have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft programs and computer skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills

Have a high work ethic, and the ability to both work autonomously and in a team environment

Be studying in their second, third or fourth year at university

Be available at least 2-3 weekdays
