Background

A company with a team of over 100 staff approached Trendline$ with the goal of insuring their staff, ensuring them and their families are sufficiently protected through initiating Life, TPD and Trauma policies. Our solution was to implement a company insurance plan, insuring their team members to ensure their families are sufficiently protected through initiating Life, TPD and Trauma insurance policies.

Goals

• Implement a cost effective strategy to retain and attract talend\t where by the perceived value of the offering is substantially greater than the cost.

• Establish insurance plans for current employees including Life, TPD and income protection insurance.

• Initiate new employee insurance plans successfully and efficiently.

 

Process

• The company engaged in an initial meeting with Trendline$ to establish their goals, budget, and current situation.

• Our office created an SOA for the company, and sent it off to them to be approved. 

• Once confirmation was received, our office began actioning our recommendations, applying for insurance plans for their current employees, and establishing a plan for future employee’s applications. 

• Establish insurance plans for current employees including Life, TPD and income protection insurance.

• Initiate new employee insurance plans successfully and efficiently.

 

Outcome

The company’s staff are now insured with appropriate Life, TPD and Income Protection plans. These plans are managed by our office, and correspondence between the life insured and the insurer go through our team. 

 

The company also now communicates with our office when they have hired new employees. We then communicate with each employee and establish an appropriate time for us to complete their insurance application over the phone. Our office also monitors and assists in gathering any information that is required for the underwriting of the live’s insured policies. 

 

Our corporate client now has a successful plan in place to ensure the protection of their staff. They are also able to be confident knowing that our office manages the insurance of their employees including any claims.

Our office has assessed our corporate clients’ financial situation, and provided suggestions for insurance policies that will best suit the needs of their staff, with monthly premiums that fit within their budget.
